Introductory and organizational meeting for new members, those who want to start their own groups or want to switch to a different group or recommit to their groups or just want to check it out.

  The purpose of initiating these support groups is to bring together several groups of loving, caring individuals who are willing to put aside, for a brief period, their concerns, so that each person may unburden themselves of emotional stresses caused by the pressures and constraints of life.  This will be accomplished by listening to each person as they talk about their underlying feelings in a caring, understanding, respectful and non-judgmental way.

The fundamental idea behind the groups is to offer a place where members can undertake personal discovery of who they are, where they are going, and what is important to them.  They will be able to speak without worrying whether what they want to say is well-thought out, intelligent, appropriate, or self-contradictory.  The groups will be focused on love and concern rather than solutions.
